Property needs change throughout the year. APS Foreclosure & Cleanout Services of WNY Inc. welcomes inquiries about cleanouts, property preservation, maintenance, snow removal and salting.

Project scope, site conditions, service triggers, scheduling and price are confirmed individually. Sending an inquiry does not establish a service agreement.

Home2Mi Inc. welcomes property, landowner partnership, owner listing and housing inquiries. Availability, pricing, zoning and development feasibility must be confirmed for each property.

Owner-submitted listings require Bill’s review before public publication. Housing inquiries are requests for information; they do not guarantee availability, approval or financial assistance.
